Description

This is the mini version of our Pure and Gentle Soap bar! It was designed to be unscented and as gentle as possible.  Each oil was chosen carefully for their different moisturising, cleansing and lathering properties.  These soaps (and the full size bars) have been through additional safety assessments to deem them suitable from birth – nothing but the best for our littlest latherers.

*For the youngest family members, consider lathering the soap into the water rather than using directly on the skin.

*Eco-conscious families will love this set as it comes with an organic cotton, super soft reusable wash cloth (made in Wales by Toddler Togs) and a soap bag that can be used to lather, store and dry the soap between uses.

Olive Oil – Believed to be suitable for all skin types, olive oil is rich in antioxidants and can promote healthy skin. While clearing away dirt, it can help keep your skin’s natural oils in balance and moisturised. Olive oil helps your soap bar to last longer too.

Coconut Oil – Coconut oil has long been used in self-hygiene routines and is a core ingredient in each of our soaps. This oil has cleansing properties, removing dirt and dead cells from the skin. It is known to provide a protective layer on the skin and is therefore a great moisturiser.  By adding coconut oil to soap, a harder bar with a lovely lather is created.

Sweet Almond Oil – Almond oil is hydrating without clogging pores. It helps the skin retain moisture while also being soothing for irritated skin. It produces a rich conditioning lather in a soap bar.

Shea Butter – Yum! Smells delicious on it’s own, and when I’m cutting this oil to make soap, it is super rich and moisturising on my skin. There are so many reasons to include shea butter in soap. The butter is rich in vitamins A, E and C – it is easily absorbed without an oily residue. It is great for adding a creamy lather and hardness to your soap bars.

Castor Oil  – Castor oil has anti-inflammatory properties and in known for soothing inflamed skin.  It adds a very lovely, bubbly lather to the soap bar.

Oat Oil – It’s moisturising and antioxidant properties made it a must choose oil for a soap bar.
